- Neural Retina: Molecular study of normal course of embryonic development for the chick embryo retinal tissue on both transcriptome and protein levels. subsequently, analysis of diffraction from the normal course of normal retinal development that leads to neurodegenerative disorders such as glaucoma>
- Programmed cell death (PCD) in the neural retina: Analysis through genetic and proteomic analyses for the enzymes regulating apoptosis.
